General informations

Our glass-to-metal feedthroughs are always used when the electronics need to be encapsulated against external environmental influences for a long service life and without loss of performance. The more inhospitable the environmental conditions are, the more important our hermetically sealed and pressure-resistant glass-to-metal seals with their unique advantages are.

Our proprietary technology of hermetically sealed glass-to-metal fusion prevents gases, oils and moisture from penetrating into and out of the interior of an enclosure and thus provides reliable and long-term stable protection against contamination, impairment of device functions and corrosion. The highly developed feed-throughs and plug connections are extremely resistant to moisture, alkalis, acids, vapors and gases, oils, hilt, pressure and vibration. The glass and glass-ceramic compositions used, the design of the insulating body and its surface ensure high dielectric strength and maximum insulation resistance and minimum leakage currents.

The product range includes single and multiple feedthroughs with punched housings as well as turned and milled housings (screw connection, flange, assemblies), sight glasses and special glass feedthroughs.

We will be happy to advise you on application-specific recommended material combinations and processing options.

All products are manufactured in close cooperation with the customer and delivered in trays or individually packed.
